  Cash is King. $$ Read to the end. Let me say the good first. The maintenance guys are nice and responsive at least in my exp. Now the not so good. My kids have been bullied by other kids in the complex, highschool and elementary both. I’ve spoken to another parent and they said their child was bullied, hit by a different child, aligns with other reviews. Parking is terrible, Ive seen people walk from the back of the Apt to the front. If u pay $25 for a spot you may have to walk but not as far. Trash pickup is required $25. I like this option but some people prefer to avoid this fee and take out their own trash. The office fire in Phase 1 (first section from 288) happened beginning of November, has closed the office, gym, and theatre room amenities for 5 months now with no expected date of repairs and instead of compassion of not being able to use those amenities the rents will go up as planned. You would think due to not having full access to benefits signed up for at time of contract they would refund money not increase. The insurance covered the cost of their loss. The gym in Phase 2 has 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and bike for cardio. I’ve seen people come in and leave upset because the equipment was in use, having Phase 1 gym out of order is inadequate for the increase usage. The wifi guest account does not reach the gym, i’ve asked several times for wifi office pw and was never given to me. Have your own Wifi to workout. (although i do not think wifi was an included amenity). Last but most important. In Nov when residents were huddled to discuss fire, several mentioned their rents increased with the 60 day notice in excess of $100 to $200 bucks so they were moving soon. Such an unexpected increase. If you decide to move here budget for an increase of 10% to be safe for your lease renewal or get ready to move again. For ex. a 2bdrm is $1450 now. Be prepared to pay $1590 possibly at renewal. The 2 stars is due to lack of compassion, rate increase which has caused many good residents to move out and high turnover which causes less neighborly feel. Nowhere is perfect and there are other perks for living in this area, but choose wisely because to have to keep moving is not fun. I’ll be happy to write a better review should something change.
